Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed cases of Ekakustham (Plaque Psoriasis) 2.Those willing to provide consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Others varieties of Kustha. 2. Psoriasis complicated with secondary infection 3. Lupus erythematosus 4. Lichen Planus 5. Pityriasis rosea 6. Seborrhic dermatitis 7. Known cases of other systemic illness. 8. Pregnant and lactating women. 9. Patients using conomitant medicines that may interfere with the study evaluators.

It is expected that trial drug will exert a significant difference on the PASI Score in the management of Eka Kustha (Plaque psoriasis). Timepoint: Before Intervention (PASI, DQLI, PDI ON Day 0), During intervention (PASI, DQLI on Day 7, Day 14), After Intervention (PASI, DQLI on Day 21) and PDI, PASI, DQLI on Day 30.	—
