Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males and females aged 18 to 50 years Individuals with a history of lateral ankle sprain Foot & Ankle Disability Index (FADI) score difference of 8 to 10 percentage out of 100 percentage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute Ankle Sprain [24HRS TO ONE WEEK] Pregnancy Color blindness (self-reported) Motion sickness (self-reported) History of balance or neurological disorders History of osteopenia or osteoporosis
