Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants included in this study will be healthy individuals Diagnosed non-specific lower back pain Pain Severity: NPRS score between 3 to 7 No prior treatment for lower back pain in the last three months No history of major spinal trauma or surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded based on the following conditions: Presence of structural or pathological spinal disorders such as herniated disc, spondylosis, or fractures. Neurological symptoms including radiculopathy, sciatica, lower limb numbness, tingling, or weakness. Chronic inflammatory conditions like ankylosing spondylitis or rheumatoid arthritis. History of spinal surgery or any invasive spinal interventions (e.g., epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation) in the last six months. Pregnancy or postpartum recovery, as hormonal and biomechanical changes may influence back pain.

To analyze the role of the thoracolumbar fascia (TLF) in NSLBP by assessing its influence on pain perception, spinal stability, and movement dysfunction. NPRS for pain, mobility using functional movement screening [FMS] Proprioception-Joint position sense test Timepoint: baseline,3 weeks

To evaluate the biomechanical function of the TLF in force transmission & postural stability. To assess the proprioceptive role of the TLF & its effect on joint position sense & movement coordination. To investigate the nociceptive involvement of the TLF & its contribution to chronic pain perception in NSLBP. To compare the effects of a multimodal intervention (manual therapy, electrotherapy, & kinesiotaping) versus a control group receiving conventional physiotherapy Timepoint: baseline 3 WEEKS
