Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-30 years, there is no limitation in gender and race. 2.Waist to Hip ratio :greater than- 0.85(female);greater than-0.90(male). BMI 1.Non-obese:18.5-24.9 Kilogram per meter square 2.Grade 1:30.0-34.9 Kilogram per meter square 3.Grade 2:35.0-39.9 Kilogram per meter square 4.Grade 3:greater than or equal to 40 Kilogram per meter square

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rib fracture episode with in 1 year 2. History of thoracic and abdominal surgery 3. Cardiovascular diseases 4. Respiratory diseases 5. Neurological disorders 6. Psychological illness 7. Pregnancy 8. Lung abnormalities 9. People not willing to participate/uncooperative subjects
