Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Married female patients of age group 30-45 years with uterine leiomyoma, confirm by USG 2. Uterine leiomyoma of size less than 5cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post menopausal women 2. Uterine leiomyoma with secondary changes 3. Malignancy, Adnexal mass 4. Pregnancy and lactation 5. Chronic systemic illness Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension 6. Uterine prolapse 7. Patients with Hb less than 7g 8. Patients with IUCD
