Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients exhibiting symptoms of Avabahuka like pain, stiffness, reduced range of movement of the shoulder joint. 2.Patients aged between 20 and 60 years of both genders. 3.Patients eligible for Upanaha, Nasya karma and snehapana as per classical texts. 4.Patients experiencing restricted movement and pain of the shoulder joint. 5.Patients with duration of disease pertaining from 3 months to 1 year. 6.Participants who have provided informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients contraindicated for Nasya karma 2. Autoimmune disorders like SLE, RA, etc 3. Shoulder joint dislocation, fracture 4. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes. 5. Post-traumatic injury, congenital anomalies of the shoulder joint. 6. Patients with HIV infection and other systemic diseases. 7. Pregnant and lactating woman. 8. Patients with any disorders conflicting with the line of Avabahuka treatment.
