Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having sign and symptoms of Karnakandu and otomycosis unilateral or bilateral ear with Intact tympanic membrane

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient other than Karnakandu with special reference to Otomycosis will be excluded as CSOM, ASOM, Perforation of tympanic membrane, Malignant otitis externa) Patient having k/c/o any systemic disease with complications which can lead to interference with the study
