Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 40 to 70 years. 2. Patients exhibiting signs and symptoms consistent with Vatashteela (BPH). 3. Patients having International prostate symptom score (IPSS) between 8 35 with grade moderate to severe. 4. Patients diagnosed with Prostatomegaly with Grade I,II and III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of malignancy, congenital urogenital tract deformities, or any other pelvic pathology. 2. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases such as hypertension (HT), diabetes mellitus (DM), paralysis, Parkinsonism, etc.
