Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The severity of the psoriasis disease will be assessed through PASI score at an interval of 15 days up to 6 weeks and the other laboratory parameters i.e Serum CRP, Uric acid levels, waist circumference, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, triglycerides, or HDL cholesterol will be assessed at baseline and end of study. The decrease in PASI score, Uric acid, serum CRP , if any, point out the validation of therapeutic efficacy of UNIM 401 and UNIM 402Timepoint: 6 weeks | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The assessment of the PASI score, CRP & uric acid with markers of metabolic syndrome i.e waist circumference, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, triglycerides, or HDL cholesterol at baseline & end of the study (after 6 week ) will help in resolving the issue whether higher level of serum CRP & Uric acid in patients is directly associated with psoriasis disease or indirectly due to the association of metabolic syndrome with psoriasis Timepoint: 6 weeks | — |
