Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient diagnosed with leukemia. 2) Patient who will be admitted for allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem cell transplantation. 3) Age range 8- 15 years. 4) Indian nationals. 5) Patient willing to take entire treatment in Tata Memorial Hospital/ ACTREC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients having history of any psychiatric illness. 2) Patients cannot see and or hear.

To assess the Occupational performance areas in pediatric leukemia patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant using the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM). Timepoint: 8 months

To assess the performance component fine motor dexterity in pediatric leukemia patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant using Nine Hole Peg Test(9HPT).Timepoint: 8 months;To assess the performance component grip strength in pediatric leukemia patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant using Hand Dynamometer.Timepoint: 8months;To assess the performance component- functional mobility in pediatric leukemia patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant using Timed up and go test (TUG).Timepoint: 8 months;To assess the performance component- balance in pediatric leukemia patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant using Paediatric Balance Scale (PBS).Timepoint: 8months;To assess the performance areas - play participation in pediatric leukemia patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant using Takata play history. Timepoint: 8months;To assess the performance areas - schooling abilities in pediatric leukemia patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant using a departmental semi-structured interview.Timepoint: 8months
