Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women chronic Low back pain. Females aged 40 years of age -60 years of age Participants located in rural areas. No history of previous injuries to low back.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neuropathies, radiculopathies, or other neurological conditions affecting lower back functionality. Diagnosed spinal deformities (scoliosis, kyphosis) History of fractures or surgical interventions in the lower back within the past 6 months. Utilization of analgesic medications that could potentially influence study outcomes.
