Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Use of MRI to identify the early disease and its role in determining the extent of the disease and its complications is used in grading the disease severity . Its use to help initiate early intervention with IV antibiotics and Insulin is compared to those patients who failed to present themselves early to the hospital and hence a delay in management.Timepoint: 2 weeks after Use of MRI in determining the extent of the disease and its complications is used in grading the disease severity .
