Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having symptoms Janusandhi Shula(Joint pain)(more than 3 months) Janusandhi Shotha(Joint swelling) Akunchan prasaran kashtata(Restricted Joint Movement)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known case of Aamvata(Rheumatoid Arthritis) Vatarakta(Gout) Complete loss of Knee articular and ligament tear Knee dislocation

Reduction in Janusandhi shula(Joint Pain) by using VAS Scale after treatment.Timepoint: 7 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in Janusandhi shotha (Joint swelling)by measuring inflammation of knee joint with measuring tape after treatment. Reduction in Akunchan prasaran kashtata (Restricted joint movement) of knee joint by using Goniometric measurements after treatment.Timepoint: 7 days
