Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with writers cramp, fulfilling the definition of focal hand dystonia as per MDS (and confirmed by 2 movement disorder specialists) 2. Use of stable doses of anti-dystonic drugs for the last one month 3. Patients aged more than 18 years 4. Patients who have not received Botulinum toxin injection, or have last received it at least more than 4 months age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have underwent surgical treatment for focal dystonia (Pallidotomy) 2. Clinical evidence of Parkinsonism or cerebellar ataxia 3. Pregnancy 4. Contra-indications to botulinum toxin like anterior horn cell disease or neuro- muscular junction disorders
