Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female handball players aging 18 to 25 years. 2.Players practicing handball at least for 2 years. 3.Players who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Players with history of any recent injury or surgery. 2.Players with history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary or any other diseases or disorders. 3.Players involved in any type of drugs or alcohol consumption or on any special diet. 4.Players who are engaged in another game/s along with handball. 5.Players who are following any other exercise program other that the common standard handball training.
