Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects having hamstring tightness with more than 20 degrees of knee extension deficit following active knee extension test. Individuals who participate in any sports or activity of at least 150-300 minutes of moderate- intensity activity or 75- 150 minutes of vigorous- intensity activity per week, plus muscle- strengthening activities 2 or more days a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who do not meet minimum activity guidelines and are occasional and/or incidental physical activity (example, walking to work, household activities). Individuals who have local-level representation and does regular training of nearly 3 times per week and can be identify with a specific sport and does training with a purpose to compete and has limited skill development. Individuals who do not do any strengthening exercises. Any condition in which the subject would not be able to be trained like any cardiovascular, neurological conditions, surgeries in lower limbs, hamstring and calf muscle sprain, any congenital issues, back pain.
