Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient between age group 20 60yrs Patient irrespective of gender, religion, occupation and chronicity will be selected. Patient having classical as well as the following cardinal symptoms of Aanaha will be selected for study 1. Pravartamanam Na Yathaswamenam 2. Aadhmana 3. Aamashaya Gurutva Basti Arha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering any anatomical disorder which needs surgical intervention like intestinal obstruction, intussusception, volvulus, intestinal bleeding etc. Pregnant women.

MeasureTime frame
To study the effectiveness of Eranda Sneha Matra Basti in Aanaha.Timepoint: Treatment will be given for 7 days. Patient assessment will be done on 0th, 4th, 7th and follow up on 21st day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate whether Eranda Sneha Matra Basti works more effectively in Aamaj Aanaha or Purishaja Aanaha.Timepoint: Treatment will be given for 7 days. Patient assessment will be done on 0th, 4th, 7th & follow up on 21st day.
