Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All married females of age group 20 -30 yrs 2) Infertility patients with anovulatory cycle 3)All cases of anovulation with oligomenorrhea,metrorrhagia,hypomenorrhoea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)PV bleeding 2) Cervical tumor polyp, ca cervix 3) Uterine fibroid 4) Congenital anomalies in female genital tract 5) Tubercular endometriasis . 6) Malignant diseased patients and patient on cytotoxic drug 7) known case of hypothyroidism. 8) Cases of tubal block. 9) Leucorrhea, cervical erosion

Efficacy of shatpushpa tail uttarbasti evaluated by giving uttarbasti with shatpushpa tail and assessment done for viphal artav cases( ovulation)Timepoint: After 3 days uttarbasti for 3 cycles , ovulation is accessed
