Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group 18-30 years irrespective of sex, caste, religion. Patients diagnosed by Schirmer test, Prior diagnosis of dry eye syndrome, Willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: > Age less than 18yrs and more than 30 yrs. > History of eye surgeries (for example LASIK, etc). > wearing contact lenses. > Systemic conditions that impact the formation of tears, such as diabetes. > Usage of drugs that influence the production of tears, such as diuretics and antihistamines. > Pregnant

MeasureTime frame
symptomatic relief from sushkakshipaka with sainshavadi eyedrop (Symtoms like itching, Hard eyelids, blurring of vision , irritation in eyes etc decrese after treatment) Improvement will observe in tear production ( by schimers test)Timepoint: 4 Month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
in longterm use no addiction of medicine symptomatic relief from sushkakshipaka with sainshavadi eyedrop (Symtoms like itching, Hard eyelids, blurring of vision , irritation in eyes etc decrese after treatment) Improvement will observe in tear production ( by schimers test)Timepoint: 120 days
