Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients suffering from osteoarthritis of joint will be taken on the basis of clinical history and findings. 2)Patients of both sexes, above the age of 40 years and irrespective of their occupation, religion and socio-economic status. 3)Patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis clinically on the basis of symptoms of pain, stiffness and swelling will be recruited. 4)Patient with variation in X-RAY finding . Patients presenting with crepitus, osteophytes, restricted range of motion (ROM) and joint tenderness on clinical examination will be recruited for the study. 5)Patients who give their consent for the study and follow up is taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Cases with advanced pathological condition and which need surgical intervention. 2)Cases secondary to immune mediated diseases, immune suppressive ,any other pathology or any previous surgery. positive RA factor and C-reactive protein are excluded. 3)Cases with raised levels of serum uric acid, protein (CRP) will be excluded from the study. 4)Discontinuation of the treatment in between and excluded. cases without follow-up will be not taken in study . 5)Pregnant females and lactating females will be excluded.
