Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group- 18 years to 50 years. Sex- male and female both. Assessing the patient through subjective parameter (questionnaire for Sthaulya). BMI equal or greater than 25.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with metabolic disorders like Thyroid, Diabetes melletus. Individuals with disorders like COPD, Asthma etc. Smoking individuals.
