Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group in between 16 to 70 years Patients of either sex Both fresh and already treated cases Haemorrhoids of 1st degree and 2nd degree Haemoglobin percentage greater or equal to 10gm/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with malignancy of rectum anal canal and prostate 3rd 4th degree & thrombosed haemorrhoids Haemorrhoids associated with fissure in ano fistula in ano Tuberculosis diabetes hypertension CLD COPD ulcerative colitis HIV positive cases HBsAg positive cases HCV positive cases cases of other systemic diseases genetic and systemic hemolytic disease Pregnancy & lactating mother
