Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18 to 60 years 2 BMI 18.5 to 29.9 3 Included healthy subjects 4 Physically active but not involved in any competitive sports 5 Absence of any diseases (history of stroke arthritis chronic diseases like old healed tuberculosis chronic kidney disease cardiac disease musculoskeletal disorders Neurological diseases) 6 Absence of any acute illness in the preceding six weeks 7 Only permanent residents of the state of gujarat 8 Individual with all answer No in PAR Q plus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Past or current smokers 2 Sports person involeved in any training 3 Blood pressure .139/89 mm hg nad resting heart rate more than 100 beats/minute 4 Any health condition or medication that might interfere with physical performance 5 Sensory defict patient 6 Use of walking aids
