In patients undergoing general anaesthesia during elective surgeries, two types of airway devices Igel and proseal LMA will be used as airway devices and they effects on heart rate , Blood pressure during insertion and removal will be observed.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients aged between 18-60 years 2.ASA grade I and II (Annexure 1) 3.Patients scheduled for elective surgeries less than 2 hour duration 4.Mallampatti grade 1,2,3,4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a mouth opening less than 2.5 cm. 2.Patients at risk of aspiration (e.g., full stomach, acid reflux). 3.Patients with a sore throat or respiratory infection. 4.Patients with abnormal throat or airway anatomy. 5.Patients with a BMI over 35 kg/m .
