Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring bilateral impacted mandibular third molar extractions. ASA I or ASA II patients No known allergies to local anesthetics or dexamethasone. Willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic conditions affecting wound healing (e.g., diabetes, immunosuppression). Pregnant or lactating women (if applicable). Known allergy to lignocaine or dexamethasone. Active infections at the surgical site. Use of anti-inflammatory or steroid medications within a certain period before surgery.
