Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Children of age 3 to 8 years. Primary molars with caries lesions under code 5 according to international caries detection and assessment system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any systemic conditions. 2. Teeth with any signs and symptoms of pulpal pathology. 3. Teeth with unrestorable crown structure.

MeasureTime frame
The treatment outcome of ART, SMART and CMCR techniques regarding integrity of the restoration, tooth mobility, clinical abscess will be known.Timepoint: The treatment outcome of ART, SMART and CMCR techniques at a baseline of 3 and 6months intervals will be known.
