Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Less than one year and more than five years of age. Any associated acute/chronic disorder. Any life threatening disorders. Any congenital or hereditary disorder.

Increased awareness and understanding of nutrition and its impact on health among children and their families. Positive changes in dietary habits and preferences towards healthier food choices Timepoint: 4 weeks

Improved psychological well-being & emotional health in children, such as reduced stress & improved mood. Better digestion & gut health outcomes, leading to improved nutrient absorption & overall digestive health.Timepoint: 4 weeks
