Inclusion criteria: Volunteers fit for Virechan karma Volunteers who sign the consent form for Virechan karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers contraindicated for Virechan Karma as per classics Volunteers below 18 years and above 60 years of age Volunteers having any associated chronic ailments like Tuberculosis, uncontrolled Hypertension, uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, and Malignancy. Pregnant women and lactating mothers
