Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Male & Female. Age from 35 to 60 years. HbA1c 6% to 10% Subjects available for 3 months for complete intervention. Those who are diabetic and willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of kidney diseases Liver failure Pregnancy History of kidney diseases Liver failure Pregnancy.
