Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Grade I and II 2. Primary unilateral PCNL surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant Patients 1. Patient with deranged coagulation profile 2.Active infection at site of block, systematic infection or allergy to local anaesthetic medication 3. Uncontrolled hypertension
