Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having kevala vataja kati graha lakshanas (pain,stiffness and tenderness.) Patients who are sweda yogya.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sweda ayogya pregnant women patient having low back ache due to acute inflammation bone diseases like TB of spine, congenital deformity of spine, RA patients having history of recent surgeries and fractures patient having radiculopathy patient who are hypersensitive to IR light
