Inclusion criteria: Table tennis players who play for 8 hours a week Professional and semi- professional table tennis players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with any recent injuries Individuals with upper limb and lower limb pain Individuals with neurological conditions which may affect their game
