Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing mandibular fracture repair under general anesthesia are to be given inferior alveolar nerve block
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with cardiac problems, hemodynamic instability, allergy to the drug proposed to be administered
