Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 30 to 60 years. 2.Patients with diabetes ( HbA1c range = 6.5-8.5 ) 3.Subjects with minimum 20 natural teeth remaining. 4.Subjects having Stage III periodontitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects consuming any form of tobacco. 2.Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Having symptoms of acute illness or pulpal pain at the time of the study. 4. Systemically healthy patients 5. patients having allergy to either tetracycline or azithromycin .
