Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 to 10 years requiring at least one restorative procedure Children whose parents have provided informed consent for participation Cooperative behaviour assessed with a Frankl Behaviour Rating of 3 or 4 First dental visit with no prior exposure to dental treatment No history of systemic illnesses or medical conditions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative children with a Frankl Behaviour Rating of 1 or 2 Severe dental anxiety necessitating sedation or general anaesthesia Presence of pulpally involved teeth requiring endodontic therapy Fixed orthodontic appliances or anatomical constraints that hinder effective isolation
