Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the efficiency of Calcium gluconate in preventing the post spinal hypotension and bradycardiaTimepoint: Baseline values of Blood pressure and Heart rate will be measured after entering operating room, then after inducing with spinal anesthesia, then every 3 minutes for 15 minutes and then every 5 minutes till 30 minutes and later every 15 minutes.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the efficiency of Calcium gluconate in reducing the need for additional oxytocics requirementTimepoint: after the birth of baby, there after every 1 minute till uterus is contracted
