Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students enrolled for operation theater in anaesthesia course Students having more than 75%attendance students should have fluency in English language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: students having anxiety, depression, mental health conditions. Students who have undergone previous neurolinguistic programming techniques. students with behavioural modification training in the past year. Students with a record of irregular attendance Students unable to participate due to medical conditions, family responsibilities, or other constraints. Students planning to leave the course before completing the sixth semester.
