Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A Age between 6 TO 10 years b Either gender c Psychological stability d Willingly given consent e Children scoring raw score more than 4 in Digit Memory Test and Ayurvedic Smruti scale Smruti scale will be validated from experts from the relevant field f Vaccination completed till age g Children not taking any medicine
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A Children who were involved in any physical activity, yoga, meditation, mantra chanting, pranayama etc. B Children taking music therapy etc. C Who were taking dietary supplements. D Who were involved in advanced methods of learning techniques such as abacus etc. smart boards study etc. E Who were active in mind games such as regular chess players etc. F Child with genetic, neurological, neurobehavioral, systemic, sensory disorders. G Child with Delayed developmental milestones. H Child taking any type of medication.
