Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-80 years. 2. Prostate Volume 20-50mL (Ultrasound). 3. Subjects willing to participate in the Study. 4. IPSS more than 12 5. Non-complicated Hypertension and Type2Diabetes Mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with Acute Lower Urinary Tract Infection. 2. Subjects who had diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. 3. Diagnosed cases of urinary retention and chronic bladder outlet obstruction. 4. Prostatitis and its complications.
