Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants of Age between 25-65 years. Patients of all genders will be selected for the study. The duration of the symptoms exceeds 3 months. No apparent spinal deformity like- Kyphosis, scoliosis, Lordosis etc VAS score equal to 3-7 Already diagnosed case of presenting with all or some of the following signs and symptoms 1.Pain in the neck with or without radiating pain 2.Loss of active and passive range of motion of neck or cervical vertebra. 3.Stiffness of neck. 4.Restricted movement of the neck. Willingness to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unstable, bed ridden and mentally retarded patients Patients below 25 and above 65 years of age. A history of any chronic systemic, metabolic, or infectious diseases. Other severe neurologic, psychiatric disorders Raw skin lesion on neck. Previous history of neck trauma, cervical fracture or surgery, congenital spinal abnormality, spinal tumour and cancer Patients who fail to give consent.
