Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults of both genders, aged 18 - 26years Young adults with no any lower limb length discrepancies Young adults with no lower limb or spinal deformities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Young adults with the presence of pain or history of fractures in the lower extremity joints or spine. Young adults with neurological and cardiorespiratory disorders. Young adults with recent surgeries.
