Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age between 40-60 years Patients with amsa sandhi shula and amsa sandhi graha the classical indication of Avabahuka loss of active and passive external rotation shoulders with normal x rays with adhesive or frozen phase
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below 40 and above 60 years of age. Patients in Resolution phase (12-42months) of Adhesive Capsulitis will be excluded. Page 8 of 15 Patients suffering from Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, smoking, cardiac disease, Parkinson s disease, stroke, neck and cardiac surgery, hyperlipidemia and Dupuytren s contracture Patients associated with other systemic disorders were excluded. Patient not willing to undergo trial. Patients suffering from any kind of major illness such as Malignancy, Cardiac disease, HIV, Tuberculosis etc.
