Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All girls who have attended menarche from last 6 months Should not have any lower abdominal pain at any other time then just before or during menstrual period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Girls not diagnosed with any genital disease, UTI, PCOD, pathological pelvic condition, chronic disease (heart, respiratory, kidney, blood pressure, diabetic, epilepsy, thyroid, anaemia), gynaecological problem. Withdrawal of menstrual cycle during 2 months of study was due to its natural order If any participants taking any medication for pain reduction like analgesic during menses. Girls who are not fit to perform aerobic exercise.
