Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of Tennis elbow

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. H/O Neurogenic shock for simple prick or trauma or sight of blood 32 2. Skin infection at the place of puncture 3. History of injury, fracture to upper limb. 4. Any type of comorbidity like diabetes, hypertension etc. 5. Patients on anticoagulant medications. 6. Pregnant women
