Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Novices to SKY or any other forms of Yoga or mind body interventions • Consenting to take part in the study • Willing to donate stool samples • Ready to follow the SKY practice and dietary regimen strictly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not have any chronic comorbidities or gut issues (diabetes, Liver/kidney disorders, cancer) 2. Not immunocompromised or on immunosuppressant 3. Do not have any chronic communicable disease 4. Not pregnant or lactating 5. Not able to do SKY practice

Complete gut microbiome profile of the participants and the changes in bacterial flora after SKY program and practice Timepoint: 2 time points Day 0 and Day 90
