Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women age more than 18 years in the first trimester of pregnancy (9 to 14 weeks) as confirmed by first-trimester dating ultrasound 2. Women willing to provide consent for study participation 3. Women should be able to visit the study site for regular follow-up and delivery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multifetal gestation Extra uterine pregnancy Molar pregnancy
