Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Janusandhigatavata (Knee-Osteoarthritis ) - Janusandhi shula ( Knee joint pain ), Janusandhi shotha ( Swelling of knee joint ), Akunchana prasaran kashtata (Restricted joint movement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known case of - Aamvata(Rheumatoid Arthritis ), Vatrakta( Gout ), Complete loss of knee articular and ligament tear, Knee dislocation

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in janusandhishula (knee joint pain) using vas scale after treatment. Timepoint: 7 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in janusandhishotha (knee joint swelling ) measured with a measuring tape after treatment. Reduction in akunchan prasaran kashtata (restricted joint movements) using goniometric measurements after treatment . Timepoint: 7 days
