Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bag weight should be more than10% of the body weight Non-traumatic low back pain On VAS- 6-7 on 10 Children must able to understand and follow instructions for exercises and assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Traumatic low back pain Children with neurological disorders affecting motor function. Children with severe scoliosis or other significant spinal deformities. Any acute injuries, fractures, or surgeries in the lower back or upper extremities.
