Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with Manyastambha (Cervical Spondolysis) Subjects of the age group 20 60 years. Subjects of either gender Subjects willing to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having co morbidity with Manyastambha like post traumatic patients having history of fractures, dislocation of cervical and shoulder region, cervical deformities, major systemic disorders, neurogenerative conditions of spine etc. Uncooperative patients Patients not willing to participate in study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
PRIMARY OUTCOME: Improvement in the cervical range of motion. Reduction in the symptoms of stiffness and pain in manyastambha. Timepoint: 30 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
After completion of study study will provide data for cost effective treatment for manyastambha with lesser side effects.Timepoint: After 30 days
