Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with PCOS in the past 3 months using the Rotterdam criteria, requiring the presence of any two of the following three criteria: 1. Polycystic ovaries (Presence of 12 or more follicles in at least one ovary measuring 2-9 mm in diameter, or a total ovarian volume greater than 10 ml in at least one ovary in USG). 2. Oligo ovulation or anovulation. 3. Hyperandrogenism, which may be clinical (hirsutism, acne, alopecia) or biochemical (Elevated serum concentrations of total testosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate, or free testosterone)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of structural uterine abnormalities and chronic systemic illnesses requiring medication. 1. Secondary dysmenorrhea. 2.Thyroid dysfunction. 3.Primary amenorrhea. 4.Known cases of androgen-producing adrenal tumors and other neoplastic growths. 5.Pregnancy and lactating mothers.
